For the Quantum MC 12 months 0% installment. Does it have any exclusion? I am thinking to pay off some of my PTPTN payment and call to convert to 0% for 12 months. Since PTPTN is a government fee, I'm not too sure if it's excluded.

I threw away the letter I think, I don't think I'm entitled because I have spent more than that and didn't get any rebate.
I got my card in end of Oct.

I got my VS in early Oct and nothing was credited to me. I wasn't as lucky as you to get such promo. I have paid for RM 25 each for both cards.

Called CS to convert the PTPTN payment I made yesterday to 12 months 0% Flexi Payment, fuss free despite it's not posted in my PBe yet. It's only appearing in Authorized Charges but it's already showing on CS' side, so she helped me to do it.

All were good besides I got a not-so friendly CS which I never faced with other PBB CS. Anyway, luckily she did as what I requested so I don't bother much.

What happened to me was I applied via CS and he told me must come with pair though I told him I don't need Quantum Visa, he said it must be sent in a pair. Oh well, since can cancel before activating then I accept. Wasted their effort to emboss only.

Yes, can be cancelled. I got it and straight cancelled without activating it. Wasted time and resources.

Cancel before activation no need to pay anything. Been there, done that.
Once received my Quantum cards, I only activated MC and called CS to cancel Visa. Visa was removed from my PBe immediately.

Anyway, WK24 pocketed. Started at 12.30 a.m. my usual time, so no issue in getting it.

I didn't know Taobao is departmental.
Oh well, hardly use CC to pay Taobao these days. Either Alipay credit or BP. Good to know about this, puzzled why will it fall under departmental.

May I know for the 12 months 0% Flexipay, how will I know if it's successful? Is it I can only see in next statement or will it be posted in unbilled transactions like BT once approved?

Lesson learnt, call to convert Flexipay 12 months for 0% only when the transaction is posted. I called again and immediately received SMS that it's converted. I asked this CS what happened to my previous request, she said can see I have requested and remark has been put and will be picked up by respective department. However, I didn't receive anything after 3 days.

So for peace of mind, only request to convert after it's posted and not when it's still floating though CS said there's no issue but well God knows.

Now just pray hard, this Quantum benefit is still retained..
