Me. Once you spent RM 250, PBB will inform RP. RP will then contact you via email to redeem the gift. I have redeemed and got it.
If you haven't received email from RP, then call PBB CS to ask them to inform RP for the gift.

cybpsych, regarding missing cash back due to statement issue. How long did it take for them to credit back to you? I wrote them an email immediately after my latest statement was out without Oct cash back.

They took few days to reply me but replied me with this:
"Please be advised that we will seek approval for the Cash Back entitlement and you may refer to the outcome in your next statement."

Is this normal? Still nothing reflected in my PBe yet. Thanks.

Took 10 days for them from responding to my email and crediting back to my card. Not too bad.

No issue. Been getting cash back, I did after 12 midnight. Usually will start at 12.20.

I was also a new cardholder, I didn't activate Visa Quantum and straight called to cancel it. Nothing was charged to me.
