Did PBB stopped providing e-Statement too? For two months already I haven't received my credit card e-Statement for the month of Jan and Feb.

Emailed to CSS, but as usual, gonna take snail pace to reply. dry.gif

I never receive any statement via email before.

Usually I download from PBe portal one... Statement has been generated on time throughout 2018 but beginning from Jan 2019, I've not been able to see my Statement via PBe for my Quantum cards. Only can see the statement for my TARC Debit. dry.gif

Get a PBebank account and download the statement yourself, easy.

e-Statement in PDF is sent from PUBLIC BANK BERHAD <cardstmt@publicbank.com.my>

Subject of the email is PBB/PIBB Email-Statement Credit Card for MONTHYEAR

at first, said 2 months never received (from email? meaning previous months received from email?).

MBB Amex is same day posting... Even for weekends.. Just paid on 24th and posted same day.
