Did PBB stopped providing e-Statement too? For two months already I haven't received my credit card e-Statement for the month of Jan and Feb.

Emailed to CSS, but as usual, gonna take snail pace to reply. dry.gif

I never receive any statement via email before.

Usually I download from PBe portal one... Statement has been generated on time throughout 2018 but beginning from Jan 2019, I've not been able to see my Statement via PBe for my Quantum cards. Only can see the statement for my TARC Debit. dry.gif

nah, it's ok. I'll just bring it up to the Cust Service.

I only want to know does everyone else receive their statement on time or not only.

CC business hard to do nowadays.... Other banks so aggressive in promoting their CC.

Almost every week I received call from other banks to get me signed up for their CC. Banks who used to reject my applications previously are now calling me back. laugh.gif
