Sorry if asked before, but PBB VS cashback falls on 29th of each month. So transactions from 28th and earlier is taken into account.

How about for February with the last day of the month is at 28th?
Is Cashback on 1st March for transactions on 28th and before?
Meaning if I make a transaction today, it is still counted as February cash back transaction?

Hi i just received my QMC and QV, registered for e-statement.

I received an error saying Error Code : (err00020.1B.2864617037) when i trying to assess my e-statement. However, theres a mail in the mailbox telling me my Feb statement is ready to download. Normally how many days does it take?

Anyone know if there is a way to lift the 10-transaction limit on contactless / Samsung Pay payments for PBB cards? Other than using pin entry to reset it?

My cashback date is 14th every month
My statement date is 20th every month

So my confusion is

If i spend BEFORE 14th Jan, the amount for cashback will be included in the cashback on 14th Jan or 14th Feb?
Please enlighten me....

But im still confused....

Cashback on 14th Feb is for the whole January (as in 1/1/19-31/1/19) or 14/1/19-13/2/19?

If apply Quantum Card flexi payment, any upfront fee incurred beside of 0% interest ?

2. Profile Maintenance
3. Manage Profile
4. Add/Delete Account
5. Add
6. Select Credit/Debit Card
7. Enter card details
I spent days to find the place to add my credit cards. Why would they put this under Profile Maintenance? I had to spam email the customer service because they wouldn't reply to my email. Finally I got this instruction. I hope other pitiful souls like me will be able to see this.

You can view all your transactions and e-statement. It also allows you to pay your bill directly because they will have a "Pay this amount" button when you view the bill statement.

Anybody has experience converting your Quantum cards' retail purchase to 0% 12-month Flexi-payment (card feature) and still get the 5% cashback for the eligible transaction?

Example:

Spend RM1200 on Quantum MC on Online transaction then convert to flexi-payment, will this transaction still get 5% cashback for online category?

i spend the require amt for free gift and rebate (300 + 200). no news until first statement issued. i notice bank very prompt in charging af or sst, but very slow to effect their commitment wrt their promotion activities.

You need to check carefully from the list, cause it is not sorted in sequence.

i did not recived the latest e-statement also, need to go to pbb web to manually check

I always prefer to download this one for archiving. The one that came via email needs password. Abit hassle.
