BTW got my statement yesterday noticed SST charged to my Quantum Visa which never used... Call CS to cancel the VISA and they do it on the spot and was told no need to pay for the SST..

Just to double confirm at here, I want to apply pbb quantum master credit card without quantum visa credit card. Can I just cancel quantum visa credit card (which comes with bundle) without activation (so that no need to pay another sst)?

Just got the Cash Rewards/Debit Reversal Adjustment = RM25 (what must not be named) for both Quantum cards.

After calling CS and directly approved the adjustment, shown in pbe after 3 working days
(according to CS my spending amount enough for that adjustment)

Any1 not seeing their cashback bonus in latest statement? or its jus me? :S

recently just apply the quantum 2 credit card. manage to get the card approved and received my card. after my spending (mostly on big pay transaction).

after checking with CS and they said big pay transaction is not consider a Retail Transaction.

so my question here is are the quantum master card is eligible for us to get rebate 5% ?

Did PBB stopped providing e-Statement too? For two months already I haven't received my credit card e-Statement for the month of Jan and Feb.

I never receive any statement via email before.

Usually I download from PBe portal one... Statement has been generated on time throughout 2018 but beginning from Jan 2019, I've not been able to see my Statement via PBe for my Quantum cards. Only can see the statement for my TARC Debit.
