My spending on PBB Quantum MasterCard not entitled for cashback as below.
1. Shopee App Purchase (But I got cashback on another Shopee Transaction in same month. Maybe that transaction was checkout from Shopee Website)
2. Naughty Nuri’s SS15 Courtyard (though it is mentioned under valid cashback at page 1 spoiler)

I think this is for PB Visa Signature Credit Card swipe only right? Mine is PB Quantum MasterCard. 😆

Common cashback entitlement between both cards are online transactions and dining transactions. But one get 6%, another get 5% only (Quantum MasterCard). My point is that transaction made at Naughty Nuri’s SS15 Courtyard should entitle for 5% cashback since it’s a dining transaction unless they are registered at PBB as non-dining merchant. T_T

i have quantum principal master, supplement master and quantum visa.
can i terminate other 2 n just keep principal master?
also the card service tax i pay in jan statement is for this year or last year tax?

PB Quantum does not have any dining benefits correct? Besides the 5% cb for Quantum MC.

I just collected my PB Quantum cards from the bank just now. Quick questions:

1. How do I activate the cards? I asked the service counter in the bank to activate my cards but they asked me to go home and activate either online or call    I think the cards are already activated but havent set PIN. I tried to set the PIN in PBe but it shows this:

Your Request Could Not Be Executed.
You Do Not Have The Relevant Account(s) For This Feature.

2. My statement date is 29 every month. This month only has 28 days  Then when will I get the statement this month (February)?

by the way, i was able to perform fpx payment with pbb quantum mastercard.. let's see if cash back is granted or not later.. update you all again when statement comes..

using QM/QV to topup BP/Boost then can call cs to change to installment?

supplementary card holder (separate statement) who don't have any other account with PBB, cannot apply for PBe?

i walked in to PBB branch and requested for this, but they said cannot.
called to PBB card center, but they said cannot.
called to PBe, they also said cannot.

of coz.. the supp card holder is my spouse.. shown the IC and banker said IC does not have any info when slotted into IC-checker with thumbprint on the spot.

Hi, is Quantum cards 0% interest flexi-pay still available in 2019? Couldn't find details on PBE website.
