I am asking CS what type of transaction did Shopee indicated other than online and e-commerce that caused no cash back. Let's see what CS answer in next email, can it be grocery or departmental?

I think we need to rise the attention to Shopee too if they are able to do something on this.

Just wish to update that the following are most likely NOT considered as Dining. I've calculated my monthly rebate and these seemed to be the ones that were excluded from rebate calculation, although I haven't checked with CS on their respective MCC:

There's no Statement generated for 15 Jan. Thus the next statement date will be

16 Dec to 28 Jan = up to RM38 cashback [earn extra interest free days only]
29 Jan to 28 Feb = up to RM38 cashback
01 Mar to 28 Mar = up to RM38 cashback

So don't trust 100% what CS says over the phone cause they are just as blur
