Hi, any of you sifus that somehow know

1) How long will it take from Sunway Giza to Elmina (Lets say Elmina Valley Phase 3) using Dash highway vs normal route on Waze
2) How much will the DASH toll highway cost from Sunway Giza route to Elmina Exit? Since DASH highway has not been completed yet, I have yet to test it out.

Watching the Dash highway progress via Prolintas youtube page, i cant see any exit to Denai alam/Elmina thru Dash coming from Kl inbound, am i missing the exit somewhere?

i wonder if there is a potential for class action lawsuit against sime darby because every brochure of theirs promoted DASH as if there is a denai alam toll!!!

A quick check on Google looks like this Wan Lee Heng is like Wholesale Supermarket established in northern KV like Kepong, Selayang, Chow Kit. Then  found this image for their new supermarket. Looks like can fit in Temu plot?

Went to the sales office last week. Elmina Green Six first phase all booked already.
The guy said some of the more expensive units (facing park etc), intermediate is like 1.01-1.02 mil already.

in TheEdge news, it mentioned EG6 phase 2 on 25 Jun 2022 tomorrow.

The online bookings are pretty crazy, I have friends who are Prime members who tried to book on launch day, the moment bookings open it’s almost all gone already! Have to choose whatever is left. Hard to believe people can just snap up million ringgit homes like buying latest iPhone.

The semi D plot is right behind Elmina Green 4. They've cut down the hill significantly. you can see from the photo below. The hill on the right, is the site for  the RSKUs and school complex, no progress yet. There is still a temple at the top of the hill.

The palm tree on the left will be shop lots and petrol station.

Not EG6 but i bought EG5 last year. No reason why EG6 would be different.

Went to the showroom, said I want to book, the  sales agent will go the website (there is a specific booking page which require access login) and agent will choose which unit you want from the map. Paid the booking fee but told agent i want change if there's a better unit suddenly available. Then agent provide me access to the booking page , they gave me access to EG5, EG4 and Hevea that time (you can request which ones you want). From there you can choose yourself which unit you want, login everyday to which unit suddenly become available due to cancellation. That's how i  cancelled my earlier booking and chose another unit.

Very easy actually.

I think that would be bungalow lots already? I like EV cause near to the City Centre (Walking distance)

This is for investment purpose. Not own stay

I notice more townhouse concepts coming up these days. If you see EcoWorlds townhouses, looks nice and well designed, but the pricing is same as a normal double story house. You are basically buying one floor, like an apartment, for the price of a intermediate double story house. Not sure if that’s worth the money, EcoWorlds townhouses were expensive. Hope SD will make theirs more affordable. I thought this phase of launch (above Ilham2) is supposed to be next year. That’s what I was told.

EG6 Phase 2 launch? I thought it’s online as usual. There is a physical launch at the showroom?
