Depends on your liking. Some people just don't like to live at a very busy place, go in and out also jam. For me bukit jelutong is just peaceful and nice, not too crowded yet can get daily amenities. Elmina might be a little busier later based on the size of the township, but still peaceful now.
Not too far from KD, BU, Subang Jaya, Shah Alam is nice already. A lot of road options to go to KL, not necessarily have to use one toll road in and out like other townships. Can use LRT ara damansara or MRT kwasa too.
For daily groceries can get at Denai Alam, Bukit Jelutong or Saujana Utama, Subang Bestari, Kg. Subang for now depends on which part of Elmina you're now. Pasar Borong Matahari will be opening soon, not high end like the Village or Jaya Grocer but enough I think.
There must be reasons people buy here and hundreds of units are sold out. Is it for you or not depends on your own self and liking I guess.

But generalizing everyone needs and wants based on a person criteria is not ideal. Pros and cons are good. No offense too and not feeling offended at all as we are matured adults. π
