I would say their quality is a hit and miss, depends on their sub contractors. Some are really good and some really bad. I have 2 props here and so far they are ok. But I also heard some of my neighbors complained about theirs. After all, only who have bad experience will make noise right, and we don't say anything when everything is ok. As the developer SDP should ensure the consistency of their sub con better laa.. dont just depend on brand reputation only. Later the brand will be tarnished too.

Yes. Ilham is under flight path. Suggest to test your tolerance a few times before commit. Park your car in front of Ilham show house as more or less the location is around there. Yes can attest the sound is milder under the roof but still can be nuisance for some.
The clubhouse is going to be built in front of Ilham 2 and besides Tiana. You can see the empty plot there now. But seems nothing starts yet. Don't know when they promised to build it to Ilham 1 purchasers. On a side note, the Elmina City Center is taking shape now, they are also currently building the second bridge parallel to the rainbow bridge. The persiararan atmosfera connecting to Kwasa is in the MBSA plan already, that's why on the Kwasa side, the name is still Persiaran Atmosfera that connects to Persiaran Jati Kota Damansara. But I think MBSA just doesn't want to forkout any money and wait for the developer of that area to buils the road. Like that die la when will it be. This connecting road benefits Kwasa for easy access to Guthrie and Elmina for MRT and access to Kota Damansara. Will take a some traffic load from Jln Sg Buloh too. Two things that can greatly improve the road here is this connecting road and also making Persiaran Cekerawala to 4 lanes all the way. |
