Then the EG5 built-up also is about the same as EV5, would be nice to compare pricing. Yup, for standard size DSL house, cannot runaway from the standard design you've seen in most DSL house here for maximum space utilization. Commercial is this township weak point for now. Got Denai Alam shop lots and Temu in Elmina Garden coming up. Got one supermarket coming up too near EV. Got some small shoplots here and there across the township for your daily 99 speedmart run. For EG, the closest commercials are Saujana Utama shoplots about 1-2 km away. For Tesco, Giant, Jaya Grocer you have to travel out a bit. Mall will be a long way here I think.
SK Denai Alam is coming up in 2 years. There will be SJKC too in city center but don't know when it's going to be built. But land clearing is active there now.
