I think what he's saying is EV5 is the last phase of Elmina Valley development.

Anyone has the latest status of the sales progress for EV5? Any idea why their website showing price starting from 850,399 but previously some mention for intermediate unit is 816k? shocking.gif

This taken last Sunday.

The RM816 was EV5 phase 1 that sold out within 2 days. EV5 Phase 2 more expensive.

Nah that's not how the naming convention of Elmina city goes.

Currently there's Elmina Garden, Elmina Green, Elmina Valley, so not true it will go EW EX EY etc...

persiaran frekuensi is elmina east

i think its not south part of elmina east since the main road call persiaran nukleus.

so only left the remain plot potential inside elmina garden

denai alam is jalan elektron
elmina east is jalan frekuensi

Should be the plot of land opposite Keana (Elmina East), it's located between Guthrie Hghway and Keana. Heard about this strata project from SDP sales staff last year.

EV1-4, Jalan Metafasa, you may get it from google map too.
