The patch where its not sold is because its near tadika, surau and SK

Went there yesterday to chit chat with my sdb staff. The sales of phase 2 quite slow compared to phase 1. Managed to buy 1 end lot during phase 1. But eventually it will sold out.

EV5, cause it will closer to the exit point of Dash and also to Denai Alam which has more commercial shops.
And also closer to the forest reserved, so I would say they save the best for last IMHO

You can't hear the highway noises as long you're not directly next to the STP.

Even if you could hear it, it's as loud as someone whispering, and only when you're out from your house.
