Even I am surprised by the speed of which things are happening and the confidence of the take up of the new launches. I really hope that LLM will approve the direct DASH connection as that will improve connectivity. Once the lakeside mall is up and running, elmina will be self sustaining and in fact it will be the HUB of the surrounding areas.

Sime Darby can actually afford to lower their prices because the land cost is very cheap as they had it a long time ago as plantation land. Just the cost for the conversion from agri to residential.
