From my observation on strata landed seems to appreciate more since the level of consistency is there, level of security etc... take example last time Setia eco park semi d almost same price as Setia Alam semi d gng... but after 10 years... Setia eco park semi is almost 5 times fold.. compared to Setia Alam semi which is 1 fold.. same goes to dpc landed.. I think gng individual sometimes u also get some ppl do funny facade change and colour change which in the end look damn rojak.. I think 10 minutes different really make a huge diff in term of driving experience, 10 minute u can from Setia Alam reach Subang already, or sunway reach uptown.. which is from one town to another town.. just my humble opinion.
Edit: there’s actually a dedicated club house built for Ilham... but not sure the future plan... it say may be open up to other Elmina resident but not sure what’s the conditions This post has been edited by Humanoid: May 2 2020, 07:03 PM |

So I can still accept it.. as the sound not too loud until it hurts my ear, even I tried sit inside the car (pretending living inside the house), barely can listen any sound at all.. but if you really mind you can consider EV series then, maybe still got some corner leftover or subsales...or EG3, but that would be another issue to worry, the pylon..
