actually I think it all up to developer whether they want it onot / willing to dump the money onot... look at how the Gamuda Cove purposely build a ramp up to their place with designated toll, last time Setia Alam also ulu, and SP Setia also build the connectivity, even Eco Ardence (in order to promote connectivity) and Eco Majestic had tap into Kajang-Seremban Highway (even the toll booth design is follow the whole masterplan township look and feel)

the vibe and environment does reminiscence of DPC due to the walk path along the lake side...would say pretty impressive I would say... for me it feels like the combination here and there of DPC waterfront (lakeside walkway, open air retail) + Ardence Labs (activities) + Rimbayu Arc (starbucks drive thru building)

the place for clubhouse in the video was halted last minute, due to the concern of the traffic... rumour said will move to sports park..
