From Dash get to GCE and then EG but i don't know what are the roads connecting Dash to EG.

Thanks guys for the info. Indeed waze goes crazy under the highway and so i always get "lost" after coming out from DASH.

Our Transport minister said the plane veered off the flight path. It was an unfortunate accident I believe. The last plane crash was in 1977 in elmina estates at the time, all plantation. since then 30+ years no incident. Hopefully the authorities will review the flight path and make air traffic use another less populated flight path. However for sure they won't close subang airport.

No idea if it is possible but the flight paths were decided when those areas were plantation and uninhabited land. Perhaps they can review it but doubt things will change.

Remoteness is relative laugh.gif , Actually i have timed the trip from subang toll NKVE to GCE to elmina park: weekend traffic situation, less than 15 mins. From D'sara perdana vide DASH should also be around 15 to 20 mins (but i always get lost due to waze stopped functioning below dash).

However the flight accident is a bit concerning.

Haha... like the rest said, believe it. When i bought here, i couldn't believe it too especially since Gamuda and KLK land have show units. Then I learned SDP is always like this, they launch, sold out then they figured what's the point of show units.... and they don't have show units prior to and during launch. BUT they did have show units AFTER sold out for Ilham 1... that one i don't understand thought I am grateful because at least I could get a feel what it will be like for future launches laugh.gif

It is also usual for the developer to collect deposits for TNB, Air Selangor and maintenance charges upon VP.

So basically bungalow lots with connections. Have to spend another 2 to 3 mil for construction? I saw that the roads are parallel to DASH... wouldn't it be nice if dash could exit there

I think quite fixed one lah. Maybe 10% discount, some have Prime member discount, staff got some discount, all other freebies should be same.

We should give credit where it is due. SDP as a township developer has built up tremendous amount of infrastructure within elmina with the wide roads and plenty of parks and space. There is direct connection to Guthrie as well. I believe that the lack of connection is not solely due to SDP but more due to prolintas. Am still befuddled as to why no direct connection to DASH. Maybe prolintas wanted too much cash...

yeah looks bad. I bought in Elmina East so i don't know how is traffic from E.east to guthrie/dash. One of the reasons i didn't want E.green was it was too far in and close to Puncak Alam

Can't access the link. Yes, traffic is a concern everywhere, that is why we hope that eventually the MRT will extend to Elmina. The best solution for traffic woes is MRT here. Anyway i believe that many have factored in the traffic situation before they bought here. This is planned to be my retirement home when i don't have to be at work or get in at a certain time but instead flexible. I believe the DASH helps too.

I guess Elmina is too "strategically located" that the surrounding areas pass through Elmina to get to DASH/ Sg Buloh/GCE.... sigh. I have already planned to leave house late when i move there... Yes agreed to complain, hopefully they will get the MRT right up to our doorstep

Has your loan even been disbursed yet? Then this issue is irrelevant. Your bank lawyer will get the CAR ins from developer before advising for release so the bank will already have the CAR even before they disburse your loan. Fire insurance will come in only after completion.

This will be nearer to the high tension TNB cables. Not sure how near is it though. But the townhouses are worth a look if can get for less than 500k.
