QUOTE(attw @ Dec 25 2018, 08:44 AM) Congrats! Nice Christmas gift for yourself there! Ya bro. Pacify myself a little after year long of hard work. 512GB of storage is double what I have on my MacBook Air Me also think very long at celcom centre to go for 256 or 512 but lastly just got the 512 since price difference not very huge. Hopefully this phone can last me few years 😂 |

QUOTE(maytheng @ Dec 24 2018, 10:17 AM) Currently i planning to visit japan coming this week thinking to purchase the iphone xs,just double check with you all if purchase from japan for sure i can use it in Malaysia with malaysia sim? how about the warranty? it's international warranty? Hi, appreciate you guys reply my msg. Just to share I got mine XS Max 64 from Apple Store Shinjuku back in Oct. So far working flawlessly. As mentioned in here, we can mute the shutter sound. Tested it before purchasing. For warranty, they were not able to comment as busy attending to their international clients especially from China. Other thing is Tax Free.. :-) |

QUOTE(wtw0911 @ Dec 24 2018, 10:07 PM) I remembered I read here or some other place that only when the Live Photo mode is enabled that the shutter sound can not be muted. If Live Photo mode is off then it can be muted That was me alright. Looks like back Oct. I was the purchaser from Apple Shinjuku Japan. |

Even when Live Photo enabled will get a video beep sound.Just to share I got mine XS Max 64 from Apple Store Shinjuku back in Oct. So far working flawlessly. Finally bought my XS 256gb, after couple of years with 7. Gave my 7 to my wife (never use an iphone before) and it only took her a couple of days to broke the phone screen hahah. I guess should buy a better protective case for first time iphone user.
Anyway, anyone knows any good/reliable full screen protector? Got myself cheap screen protector at ustaz (rm3) but doesn't fully covered the screen. |

Hey guys, new iPhone user here. I was looking around for a good clear case that doesn't scratch easily to showcase my phone. I love the design, but I get so worried not using a casing with it. Currently using the Mous Limitless 2.0 and a simple Baseus TPU case that is not entirely clear. Any recommendations?
@amalost Been using a Remax tempered glass screen protector and it has served me very well, installed it myself and bought on Lazada for RM25 I think. Best purchase so far. Also, is the phone heating up normal when using maximum brightness? Using it outdoors on a sunny day worries me. |

Using Hoda full screen tempered glass at the moment. It’s good, but a little on the expensive side.Anyway, anyone knows any good/reliable full screen protector? Most clear cases will scratch easily unless you buy the textured type like UAG Plasma.@amalost Been using a Remax tempered glass screen protector and it has served me very well, installed it myself and bought on Lazada for RM25 I think.
