seems this new horror is targeted at those turbo-ed to 800mbps.

my case was:

before turbo 299+60-180 = 179, after turbo 329+60-140=249.

but same as case above, net diff = incr rm70.

reported twice, nothing yet.

will see if next bill is same or adjusted accordingly.
** btw, are we sure we did not sign a clause that says "i agree right of unifi to change price or discount anytime they wish without conditions, with or without contract..."!!

I doubt it. If your total bill is the same, I guess it does not matter how they arrived at the figure. They have said before, if package changes, discount can change. Perpetual  is only for that time that package is in effect.

For example, last time 100M could be RM299 - RM200 discount. Then you switch to the new 100M package. Surely that does not mean the RM200 perpetual discount is still applicable. Or if you got turbo, and they package price is changed, the discount will also be changed.

The rest what? The prices?
Well, 100M used to show as RM299. After 800M turbo, it shows as RM329. But the adjust discounts and this and that and eventually the total is the same as you used to pay. So...?

What am I missing here? Isn't the total we pay the most important thing?

The TR-069 is meant for remotely access to our router by Unifi right? For troubleshooting purposes only?

Router owner can also access their DIR-842 remotely? By using the TR-069 ip address? Or there is an app or website to do so?

What is the procedure for transfer of ownership?
I know that there is a fee of rm10. Does it reset the contract period after transfer of ownership or it stays the same?

Got turbo'd today at 4-5AM. Tested the speed (wired), only managed 130-140Mbps down, 106Mbps up, sadfaced. Call tm at 6AM, asked them to come check what's up. Surprise!! They came at 10AM same day, coincidence? good service? I asked them why they come so fast, is it because it's a turbo case but no, it's just coincidence since they're in the area, my good luck I guess.

Anyhow, he tested with his router (dlink, four antenna), 500Mbps down, shit.. my router is no good already. RIP asus rt-n16 (tomato firmware), you have been good to me for... 7 years (or more). Been using it since 4Mbps streamyx, 20Mbps unifi, 50Mbps unifi, 500Mbps (NOPE, too slow!).

Went to digital mall, bought asus rt-ac86u, RM1549 rip. Apparently you need to tick "special requirements" in the wizard or else it will show "timeout waiting for pado packet" in the log. Fuuu, wasted like hour figuring that out. Anyhow, got it working, wired/wireless (5G):



Wow, amazing, great. Paying RM149+6% (RM157.94) now. I was scheduled to get turbo'd next year, Jan to Jun 2019 but got expedited somehow. My plan was after Jun 2019 not upgraded will go to TMpoint and fucuk them upside down, either get upgrade to 500Mbps or reduce price. Got SMS on 13/11/18 will get turbo, got turbo'd today 22/11/18. Not bad TM.

From RM249 (vip 20), got discounted RM100, RM149. I went to TM point and persuade *wink wink* the manager/supervisor to give me discount for being a long time customer (with multiple unifi accounts). Took a week but it worked and that's the story.

So I just received my bill for my Turbo 300, apparently the additional RM10 discount was given because the price for the internet increased from RM169 to RM179, so it remains the same.

Before: RM169 Internet + RM30 HyppTV - RM60 discount = RM139
After: RM179 Internet + RM30 HyppTV - RM70 discount = RM139
