Bro, I updated the latest Beta firmware. Still got the same results.

And I know where the problem is now - CPU.

My laptop is Sandy Bridge, I checked the CPU usage during speedtest - 100%.  So the bottleneck here is the CPU    .  The CPU just cannot handle more than 250mbps traffic over the LAN.

Tested with Iphone XR  - 500mbps over wifi.

So it's CPU.

Erm my deaktop is a very old core 2 quad cpu. Dunno is this support up to 800mbps unifi speed ? But the gigalan port is built in on the board and im wit gigalan now

Any ideal ?

My laptop is Sandy bridge  i5-2410M.  Could the CPU be bottleneck?

The loading screen for Speednet test stuttered when I ran the test. Could see some skip frames. The maximum I got was 450mbps on LAN.

Could be hardware limitation

Uninstalled Avast, and updated the LAN driver.

LAN speed hovers around 450mbps max for local TM KL server.  Not sure if my laptop is the bottleneck or speed issue by Unifi?

What your ethernet chip model? Is it the built-in chipset? It could be your Ethernet PHY is connected internally using PCI (not PCIe) to the chipset. PCI bandwidth is much much slower that PCIe. Though Ethernet -> Router connection is in Gigabit, Ethernet -> Chipset bandwidth might be slower and thus becomes the bottleneck.

A simple method to check if your is to acquire a PCIe x1 Gigabit Ethernet Card and use that instead of your current Ethernet jack. Other than that, try to find a laptop/PC with a proven Gigabit ethernet.

So TM tester came today but I was at office so I let my maid keep an eye on them.
Then they called me and said they're getting 860Mbps (Dload) and 205Mbps(Upload).
They're using an i5 laptop.
In summary they claimed that my router and BTU is working perfectly. So there's go my RM53.

Came home and tested on my i7 laptop and only able to get 560Mbps (Dload) and 214Mbps (Upload)

Didn't feel like downgrading though.
Maybe the speed can improve a bit buy upgrading to performance router.

I am not tech savvy  so I wouldn't know how to troubleshoot.

Anyway my processor is Intel i5-7400.

I dunno how to find out is 1803, 1809 or 1709
