QUOTE(KKLeong @ Apr 11 2019, 08:18 AM) I think a few yrs later, proton gonna be on par level with honda and Toyota. Depend on Geely, whether can bring in their lean manufacturing culture and technology back to malaysia or not. It is important becos geely want to target right hand drive market at SEA first. i'm hoping for that, really. i won't be picking bezza if the proton saga is more reliable. |

QUOTE(TAN WENG @ Apr 12 2019, 02:03 PM) saga dashboard is still old school compared to bezza, other than that, i agree.QUOTE(Goodboy92 @ Apr 12 2019, 02:31 PM) have a look at fc , found that the fc shown are actually higher than actual i don't believe what the computer tells, i use app to record fuel consumption, so it will not have out liar record.i use Trip A to count my milleage everyday , found that i actually travel about 220km for rm25 fuel ( 12liter ) = 18.33km/l while my screen show 16.1km/l you guys can test so how i know the fuel level? see range lets say current range left 100km , you go refill and ignore the new range then reset Trip A , wait until the range left 100km again , then you check your Trip A. QUOTE(eugenecctan @ Apr 13 2019, 07:00 PM) SOH i guess is the battery capacity available. nothing related to CCA, but then the CCA shouldn't be so long. |

i think in malaysia the battery dies because of capacity decrease due to heat soaking rather than sulfation, though i don't deny sulfation does exist and i do agree periodic full charging the battery able to reduce sulfation.

QUOTE(kewell787 @ Apr 15 2019, 11:51 PM) erm my current ori battery (since new car) starting low I think because my eco-idle no longer work. i'm impressed with the life span you able to get from your battery. what's your practice all these while? switch off the eco idle after you start the engine? or you always doing long distance driving?the "A" sign will never go green now and I can feel the car start is weaker than before. I did seek around and found RM290 for start stop battery, price after trade in old battery... by the way the start stop battery for me is very last long because it is already 2 years 8 months old... |

QUOTE(kewell787 @ Apr 17 2019, 12:24 AM) I see alot bezza owner mentioned in FB group they have the similar battery life span, so I am not really feeling special as I think maybe this is start stop battery? since it is selling more pricey compare to normal battery. really? i seen some are like 2.5yrs at most, some are like 2year plus.... but then 2y8m is an exceptional number.70% of the time I drive, I off the eco idle. the rest of 30% is I lupa off the ratio of city / long distance drive is like 50/50 la i see..... then i can't expect my battery to last as yours, i making full use of eco idle for my daily commute except during afternoon time. and my city drive is almost 99% |

QUOTE(kewell787 @ Apr 17 2019, 10:14 PM) tengok. a sign that your battery almost gone. this is the good feature for bezza advance.ur bawah already 1 is same battery age as mine. But my battery start came up with weird symptom la...the "A" never light d (green colour) , but when I off it, it will still come out orange "A". and everytime I start up my car, the "A" will kelip-kelip with orange colour, feel almost kong la QUOTE(Leon84 @ Apr 18 2019, 01:05 PM) gs yuasa and perodua sc. i guess outside tarak. i will be happy to know if anybody able to get exactly same item outside and a price that is cheaper than sc. |

QUOTE(jimmy_none @ Apr 19 2019, 07:05 AM) water battery brand as not maintenance free right? Last time I check with perodua service center, he said is MF and told me not to fill water inside.. Hmm urs is bezza X? for some unknown reason some sc will tell you to buy normal maintenance free NS40 for bezza advance, probably lack of knowledge |

QUOTE(Leon84 @ Apr 19 2019, 01:06 PM) I get the quote from SC around RM 559.2 + RM 10 (include installation & reset Motherboard) + SST = Around RM 600 ++ aledi.. so primitive system that requires reset whenever a battery is change..... damn. the price is simply ridiculous. the fuel saving from eco idle will never able to offset the price delta at all.SC said last few weeks was around RM 400 ++, suddenly jump to RM 559 from perodua HQ |

QUOTE(kewell787 @ Apr 22 2019, 08:17 AM) 560CCA, wow! very good number. i can aim for this camel brand then.QUOTE(kewell787 @ Apr 22 2019, 06:25 PM) My echo idle doesnt work still after with new battery. let it run for a few days and observe. probably the battery haven't energized enough to activate eco idle. my experience on my car is it left idle for a week and it took 2 days of driving to get the Avengers logo back.Any idea? is it had to go to SC to do a reset on the system? |

QUOTE(jimmy_none @ Apr 22 2019, 11:33 PM) to me, number does the talking560CCA, 40AH, RM280, 1yr warranty. lifespan. say 1.5years (assuming it last like a typical perodua car battery). 420CCA (based on what sc said), 40AH, RM559.2, 1yr warranty, lifespan 2yrs++++ and of course. i didn't factor in the eco idle fuel saving element into the calculation because it will make things complicated... just looking at the numbers above would be suffice i would say. |

whatever things that touches wires...... if i were sc, i will be happy to see you have a heavily modified car, so that i can keep on earning your service while denying the warranty claim if the involved part is modified.

QUOTE(chickenducksoup @ May 9 2019, 07:12 PM) three years a facelift, 5-6 years a major change. since proton come in an aggressive way, probably bezza FL might get mono camera ASA, added airbags, updated player, and maybe cheaper. who knows. |

QUOTE(chickenducksoup @ May 12 2019, 12:16 PM) persona surely handles better, just the fc will lose out to bezza especially on city drive due to more weight. if proton reliability better than perodua then persona always a better choice at any given time. But then, we still need time to see that. QUOTE(kewell787 @ May 12 2019, 02:32 PM) haha good for you bro. |
