i remember few years back some member complain about fuel efficiency depreciate. Finally its happening to me in 4th year.

Was trying to figure out for past few months. Finally i think i got the answer.

Sometime its harder to enter to reverse gear. You need extra strength.
So I'm guessing its gearbox is wearing out.

From what i learn from gearbox experts. Almost all perodua has this gearbox issue where the rubber inside gearbox gets harden.

This will cause sluggish transition, delay in pick up, decrease fuel efficiency and etc.

I've just bought some liquid for "gearbox treatment" from shopee to see if it will solve the issues. I will be back with review in next 2 weeks.

Hi any sifu can tell me if driver side oil leaking means what ya?

urs auto manual gears.
i think rubber issue is gear knob there, not inside gearbox

usually we mention enjin oil leak. can be gasket, screw not tight & etc.

HI guys, my mum's car bezza advance comes with the reverse camera. but now the camera is already blury when engage to reverse gear. Do you all have the same problem as well? The car is about 6 years old already.

Wipe clean the lens of the camera near the car plate. Or car plate number light bulb burned dy.

I left the car at the mech..
Mech took to specialist that did the steering rack..
Mech said that the electric "dry" power steering not enuf lubrication...
One of the problems is the seals...

Not sure how true or I may have been taken for a ride...

Metal knocking sound when hit a bump or hole.
And when turning at extreme angles,
Now quiter but still some a little, sounds.
But oso change the absorber top mounting.
For the steering, rm 500 iirc.

Milage less than 70k km

lens external is ok, its like the internal is dirty. Car plate number light bulb still working fine.

sifu2, please recommend engine oil (with est. price) for bezza 1.3X other than perodua brand.. so far only know:

SHELL HELIX ECO 0W20 - RM138.00

Anyone changed fuel filter before? Not engine oil/air filter.

Found in owner's manual.

Eco Idle not working anymore, start engine Eco Idle off red light blinks 4~5 times then turn off.

Suspect is battery starting to become weak, battery water level no problem. Already 5.5 years and counting.

Hopefully it's just battery and no major repair/issue.

Reaching 20k for my 1.0 auto. Here’s the FC that I haven’t reset from the day I received it.

I drive quite slow and tried to avoid traffic jam when possible. Also not often use aircon by driving in the morning or at night.

Usually 80kmh max on trunk road and 100kmh max on highway because it does feel quite unstable at high speed. If other people pecut at 120kmh, I’d just arrive 20 minutes later lah kan? Haha. Doesn’t matter much.

Longest drive so far is KL to Krabi and back to KL so that’s about 2000km roundtrip maybe (plenty of stops). Only filled up once with Thai fuel by properly planning my trip then full refill again once reenter Malaysia.

yokohama M42 battery last 23 months extreme low, engine couldn't start properly, change to amaron M42L after work hour

Before new battery full tank range always show can go 369km.
Now full tank range show 509km. To verify on this, after drove 296km fuel indicator left 50%, remain range show 209km

Also, driving can feel more powerful now especially uphill

I suppose ECU being reset result these, after battery dead incident

Does anyone change iridium spark plug follow time interval or km milage interval?

My sparkplug already over the time interval (every 5 years, currently 5.5 years) but still below the milage interval (every 100k km, currently 50k km).

Same thing with engine air filter, already 5.5 years still on factory original filter with 50k km milage.

Every time I ask about the engine air filter the service advisor say blow air to clean dust is enough, but I want to know if this is valid because the manual say change interval is every 2 years / every 40k km, I already passed milage and time interval.
