I own both the Bezza and new Myvi for 1 year+ already.. Both cars are good.. Bezza FC is very good.. My Myvi can't go more than 300 km on full tank

To anyone saying Bezza sucks, then go buy Proton lor.. Nobody is stopping u... For me, a big phobia since Satria, Wira days
*
I think your myvi got problem. Cannot go more than 300km. Mine can go close to 600.

Sometimes, extra money is better spent in asset investments like property which pass on to kids..
A car is a depreciating encumbrance if u don't use it to make money..
I may sound like a money grubber..
But in this current capitalist world, it is everything...
I don't like it, but what to do?
Reality...
Empathy in this Internet age of Facebook and narcissism is something of a novelty..
I take these journeys to center myself and get a perspective on life, from simple pleasures to fast pace complex urban life..
Hope to balance my life and reset the benchmark of good and bad morals..
Try and get a balanced life..
And this, a journey done on a bezza..
She and i going places man..

yeah.. that's what i thought.. coming back from KL to sarawak aren't that easy.. but now i alrdy settled myself.. buying this car also as my own gift for me to slowly having good journey around here...

All the best man..
Maybe you will find something better there in beautiful Sarawak!
At my age oso I have to find new things to do..
Retirement is a very distant maybe 70 years old...
If I can still walk and drive.. Lol

4 months ago at SC, was advised battery not good: MEASURED: 228CCA, RATING 260CCA. But car still can start, hence no change battery.

Yesterday at SC, was advised battery not good again: MEASURED:157CCA, RATING: 260CCA. Yet I still choose not to change the battery. Perhaps wait till its last breath.. LOL.

What you guys think? To change or not change? Battery was stock since Oct2017.

Also wonder why VOLTS reading is different.

Get yourself a multimeter. Set it at 20V.

Then self check every month.

First let headlamps (engine off) on for about 2 minutes. Then check battery. If reads 12.5v above. Battery still good.

Then somehow monitor multimeter when u crank the engine on, if during that time voltage 10v above, battery still good.

Then once engine on, turn all all auxillary equipments (headlight, radio, aircon etc.). If multimeter reading more than 13.8v, your alternator and battery good.

A digital one will suffice. I bought mine off Lazada (no brand) based of positive reviews. About rm20+. Works fine.

Hello everyone, I am a happy owner of a blue Bezza Advance. After 2 years of driving it seems my battery is dying due to low acid levels (my negligence on adding battery water). SC told me i should replace battery soon and not add water anymore because it will dilute the remaining acid and kill off the battery. Can anyone verify, and is there any way for a to salvage by adding more acid, or any shop that can help do something?

Alternatively (actually preferably, if the price is right), will need to buy a new battery; Yuasa and Camel Power have mentioned Absorbed Glass Mat (AGM) batteries on their websites, as durable and maintenance-free. Please give me some opinions/advice on what to look out for, brand, recommended shop (near Glenmarie, Shah Alam, if can) or anything else that matters on buying a battery.

For me, I will just get a basic maintenance free battery from any reputable brands, the cheapest will do. Those fancy techs will cost money which I don't think it will bring any significant benefits to a stock compact car like Bezza.

And since it's already more than 2 years, just get it changed as soon as you have the chance/budget. Not worth the trouble to stretch for extra few months. By that time, you will have to pay more due to emergency. Now can still shop for the cheapest one.

yeah, the eco idle function is not useful if we don't know how to maximize the benefit of it.

I usually turn off the Eco Idle assist when doing city driving, especially when it's jam.
Serious note though, there was once, I came to a stop at a jam and right when I came to a full stop, the car in front of me moved.
At that time my car already went into idle less than a second and started again. The auto idle light started flashing.

Hope I didn't do any major damage. sweat.gif sweat.gif sweat.gif sweat.gif

if you really wanna reap the benefit of eco idle, you need to have the idle stop to kick in for at least 5 seoncds to make sense (and also make cents from the fuel saving). You have to be able to time your stoppage time so that you able to let the eco idle kick in as long as it could. ANd you need to be a bit tahan panas as the blower is blowing normal air during eco idle operation. a word of advise is, don't do it in the midday and hot day. you will go crazy.
the flashing green light, it means you are summoning the avengers hence it is flashing. Ironman will come to you. If not, captain america. brows.gif

There's nothing to worry about the green light flashing. You should be worried if you see the ECO Idle OFF Orange Light flashing.

I think its whole new technique to driving and maximising the start stop function...
New tech demands new techniques.
Interesting...

Waaa..
133 hours of idle time..
What's the usage of fuel at idle for 1 hour? 0.5 litre? (guessing)
That's a saving of 66.5 litres of fuel...
Very nice! And ur battery is still going strong..

Cheapskate=more money in pocket
= richer
= not nessecary looking a million dollars
= ability to belanja frens that looks a million dollars but no money in pocket

Lol

probably a 600ml per hour for idling without AC on. If we factor in the fc during AC kick in etc, maybe the average fc per hour would be somewhere between 800ml to 1000ml. Just my rough estimation.

66.5liter of fuel only man.... that's cheapskate. hahaha.....

anyway, if you multiply the 66.5liter of fuel per driver, then it will be a big number already, plus you so called "saving the planet" by releasing lesser CO2 into the air. LOL.... syok sendiri.
