Hiya Soulfly,
Please edit my stats coz i made a few changes to my rig: 4000+ X2 Brisbane G1 | cloudwan | ABIT KN9 SLi | Kingston DDR2-667 | CM Hyper TX | 2700MHz ![]() Kinda let down by the superpi marks, it really shows that brisbane can't really compete with windsor clock per clock.. With my old windsor i can get around 29min at speed of 2600MHz.. But love the temp though, 38~40c idle 50c~52c load whereas my old windsy around 45c idle and 55c~58c load. Still gonna try bumping up more, just need to find the perfect voltage n ram setting. |

Windsor are a lot lot more hot than Brisby -pWs- |

This is my 2nd attempt to overclock my AM2 rig which i got 2 weeks ago. Since I'm new to OC , this is my current setup. Using stock hsf idle between 39~41 C and prime95 ran 12 hours no error.
Added on September 8, 2007, 12:11 amHad to read lots of explaination bout AM2 OC theory before I dare try and really confused af first bout HTT mul, Ram divider, reducing cpu multi..etc anyway it was a sense of achievement! AM2 really rocks ! This post has been edited by xchris: Sep 8 2007, 12:11 AM |
