Madam ,

ASNB staff informed me by call regarding rm100 will be refund and bank in to my saving by tomorrow .

1)causes of unsuccessful complete top up due to fpx problem .

2) i ask asnb staff the same question again , what if i didn't call asnb about this problem , can asnb auto detect this problem and auto refund ? their answered is "yes' unless the bank account provided is incorrect .

** personally i don't think they so expert(keng) can auto detect the problem without we make report, so i repeat ask same question (unker ultimate skill,nagging kuat kuat ) then i can feel the caller sounds impatient **

First answer is normally user will call them to report(that's y I ask few times) , walao sometimes we have 30+ transaction per day , after spend 4~5hours key captcha my eye already blur blur, where got mood to check status .

To be honest , last time I never check , hopefully no ` unsuccessful` happened.

I believe the ATM top up is actually meant for the convenient for ASB, ASB2 & ASB3.....no need to try sure can 'get' one (max rm200k tho)

The system is not 100% perfect.. There tend to be some error along the way.. From gateway issues to server auto logout...
Its our hard earn $$$.. Simply cannot leave it just like that...

Even all those contest / events done.. Its all tweek towards certain race groups only.. Even the winners list says all about it.. Transparency is at doubt...

actually they really can. they may not be the most advanced, but they know what they do. they have to make sure accounts is balanced at end of day. they're not even allowed to simply charge customers. you think where they gonna park that extra money? they are bound by SC regulations. cannot create unit without money and cannot take money without unit. no need to speculate anything la. it's a dangerous thing and can give bad sentiment. you want your dividend to go down ka

TBH, I believe it's machine selected, and I also believe in unfair selection.

It's easy. If you roll out "undesirable result", you just need to reroll until you get "desirable result".

EDIT: Another way is remove from list, then machine selection

It's because I believe 25% has far more wealth than the majority 70%. It's in our genes that we loves to save money.

With myasnb, I am sure we non have a very lots of entries.
