So apparently i got the error below when trying to top-up ASM.

I called them they said due to yesterday's ASB's closure, it might affect other products and the system currently has some issues.

I also think the same when he told me, but i dont wanna argue with him, no point.

But then i think of it, maybe their system is really that stupid, one product down, whole system crumble. what do u expect from a website that asks you to only set up password containing only small letters and numbers LOL!

Guys my friend opened a new ASNB acc this morning with Maybank and bought some ASN SARA 2.

But he told me when he wants to sign up in myASNB, when selecting the "Pilih 1 produk ASNB yang dilanggani", he selected ASN Sara 2, but it failed and asked him to select again.

My question is can online account be opened the same day as opening new acc in branch? or what seems to be the issue here?
