But the only reason not to increase is probably bumi quota not fully utilized. They open the unsubscribed portion for all after a period of time is lapsed.

Sunday only northern states open. And you can't buy bumi units.

most of the northern states working on Sunday are Muslim super-majority, hence mostly Bumi. You're left with a small percentage of non-bumi. And out of these, you need them to go sell ASMx.

In case you don't already know, you need people to sell then only you can buy. I'm 2-3 weeks old here, so I don't know how familiar you are with the buying process. Experts get to buy like 20-30k units a day with some efforts.

2 weeks ago I did call ASNB to ask if really can buy since we're allowed to try buying. They say boleh, as long as ada orang jual. I just gave a try every now and then for 1 day, definitely did not try as hard as ASM2 and 3. I think I had a hundred bucks to spare that day Of course, it never worked.
