Mega fire sales always come on the wrong time..
Just like TS.. Already missed 3x ASM sales... First final exam, 2nd convo, 3rd car hit by newbie driver...
hehe. when I looky see old posts, saw you saying this before. I guess not everyone have funds sitting around. If you don't mind losing a bit of interest, do 1 month eFD loh. When FI/RE sale comes, withdraw and buy. Or use the OCBC 365 but I looky see T&C quite mafan also. Not pure high-interest savings.

If top up today will be counted in interest or not?
Cause if its lowest balance in the month, it should take the current balance from today before top up right? Or will it count the balance at the end of the day?
Wondering why everyone so excited to top up, unless my understanding is wrong. Always thought the best time to top up was the last day of the month

The elders say counted. But it doesn't really matter. Losing 1 month dividend = 8.5% of total dividend. And it's a one off only. Still very attractive.
Best time is last day for buyers. Sellers not stupid to wait for another day.....so either lose a bit of dividend or catcha for a few hours.

You kasi sweet talk your friend la, share the dividend to him

will try. I ask him buy on fire sale day also he said not at the moment. He can make more money than 6%.
Just now brought another friend go open account. Straight managed to buy ASM3. no need even buy variable fund.

when is ASM3 dividend closing date? today also?
want to top up for my son account
I think last day is Sept 31. Today is because it's a new month, so sellers already entitled for February's portion of the dividend.

Registered ASM2 and ASM3 few days back. Wonder why they do not allow me to register ASM.
Because it's not available for purchase at the moment.

ASM3 not too difficult on a normal day. <1000 few tries can get already.
