Unker thinking aloud, if the poor can keep n not touch the money for instant gratification... But spend proceeds on education expenses, assets, then good. Otherwise, it's a double edge sword, if throwing free money.... Just end up with more protons on the road, but little change in financial acumen.

Good read except the writer didn't share his thoughts on risks on buyers... from geopolitical, in-country political game, world wide recession n foreign fund shorting KLSE.

Unker still waiting for both management n Govt plan to revitalize FGV. The 1 time inject of 4-6$b, to help, but company still losing money... Revenue, still lower than $800 annual running costs.

Unker, hopes the parties realized there's more to ponder than unbridled enthusiasm n helicopter free money to 75% of population.
