because it's "unofficially being blocked".. even during Dividend day. I think only open gate like for 15min.. guess IT guys did some mistake.. after that, few month zero. then only recently can get some. Now eventho open, but no units...

unker, those days without myasnb..
all have "special connection" with agents banks & asnb staff... all "u help me, I help u" going on... everyone knows it.. but as usual. not for all... even me cannot qualify, my unker knows someone previously. so uses his cable & get quite some on ASW2020 previously No the staff already retired (maybe got retrenched ). So no more cable available
