Seems, the postpaid Digi Infinite 150 phone plan is not on offer at its website. If people want to subscribe, how.? Is it only available at Digi shops/centers.? If so, why is this.?

I'm considering i100 as a temporary broadband solution as I'm moving out soon to a new home.

I'm not sure about the 4G connection in Happy Garden/Kuchai area. I tried with my old Digi prepaid SIM card and I'm only getting H+. I'm not sure whether this is due to the older SIM card or the phone itself (old Redmi Note 4x -- which supposedly supports all LTE bands in Malaysia).

Please share your experience of using it, especially if you're in OUG/Happy Garden/Kuchai Lama area.

I just reloaded it recently so it shouldn't be within that grace period. This number is an old legacy one with Digi (more than 10 years) so that's why I mentioned perhaps it's the SIM card (although I'm not sure if that would even be an issue). It's very strange. It keeps showing only H+. I checked Digi's coverage map and Happy Garden/Kuchai is within its coverage, so I'm not sure what's wrong

I may have to try a new prepaid pack to see if the LTE connection is okay here. I assume that I can move from prepaid to i100 if everything's ok. I don't see any option to purchase prepaid packs directly from Digi though.

Hey guys, is there any way for contacting digi about phone support for VoLTE n 4G+? Been using realme X3 zoom but not getting any 4g+. Other telco is fine and 4g+ is enabled. Any ideas?

Yeah. They keep saying its the phone causes the problem. Problem is, other telco are enabled and working just fine. Any ideas i can contact their technical team or someone who actually knows what they're talking about?

Example I buy a router that can support 16 devices , so total I can connect 16 device using this plan?

I using Digi prepaid now . Yesterday midnight I got 1GB free data , so I did a few times speedtest using iphone 7 plus . In living room , I got about 15-20mbps download and upload 5mbps. I stand beside the window  I did speedtest and I got 60mbps download and 28mbps upload . But if I get the infinite 150 plan will get this speed or not .

So I use infinite plan I will get this kind of speed also?
