if i want to convert my digi prepaid to i150 without changing simcard is it possible, log to change plan and pay RM300.00 online.  During this CMCO I'm not able to fetch my simcard at Gdex and is far away from my home. Last year I buy this plan but I have go to Gdex office to take my simcard drive  50KM.

I mean continue with the same simcard  no simcard replacement

Fail to change plan from prepaid to Infinite150, not only this number my Digi 38 also fail to change plan infinte150 only show to upgrade for  58 and 80

Three time calling CS make me headache as they said prepaid  not allowed to change to i150 and my digi38 can go to 58 or 80 only, apply new number is fine.

For DIGI postpaid Infinite 100 plan, does this come with a 1-year contract, or can terminate at any time? Sorry for asking this noob question.

Guys for this if i terminate after paying the first 2 months due to line inconsistency can refund back the 2 months advance payment? Or confirm tie in for the first 2 months dy?
