b618 22d, avg 2nd can get RM3xx~RM4xx.. even some able to get RM100 only..for lock set 22d.

performance n stability go for b618. and for the VoLTE features if needed.

depends on user..but mostly we recommend huawei... as can lock band n volte... lock band features is gooding..

for myself if modem it self cant lock band i wont buy it

if for me, in hp, my indoor only get 2 bar 3G... cant get 4G.... cat100 also useless.... coz bad coverage/weak signal...rsrp are above 100+dbm from hp...

hp vs modem vs unable lock band modem.

lock band features.

when u are in area good indoor coverage signal, 4G+ area. digi will have 3 band available, b3 , b7 n b8.

when auto/unable lock band, u will auto assigned either one of the band, no matter u are 4G+ support phone, or b618 modem...

there is chance u will get b8 coz u are auto connection aka unable to lock band or lock 4G+... (b8 depends on everyone area speed. 5ghz tower, mine able to reach 20mbps+ not slow too )

it's happen to me.. even using b618-65d, auto mode. 4G+ wont be the priority for your connection.

i need self force 4G+, once it stick to 4G+ only switch back to auto mode... every single time ON or OFF modem need receive the band i connected, as 4G+ are better speed n connection

android can install LTE discovery. only can read single band 4G only... if rooted phone can try network guru..more features can read dual band connection

if using modem get an extention cable. 1hand hold modem, 1 hand hold hp, check your signal reading through hmanager apps. is very sensitive. moving around n check the rsrp...
