My second sister has been using Digi Infinite 150, 3 months after I registered mine in 2017 but she always uses it on her mobile and shares hotspot if she needs it.

Now she wants to make it as a permanent broadband at her home because UniFi hasn't reached her house yet. I lent her my previous E5186 and set up for her.

Poof! Got a shock, faster than my PJ house. I kept checking if I accidentally connected to my oldest sister's house WiFi which is on UniFi 500Mbps.

Yeah, I can't imagine if it's B618. Next time if there's opportunity will try it out. It's in Seremban by the way.
That upload speed? I got higher in PJ, around 45Mbps.

sadly mine have been stuck at 40ish mbps for almost 2 weeks now (even at 3 or 5 in the morning), and for the past 3 days there was occasional RTO between 7PM to 10PM, except last night that lasted until around 1AM

and not sure why, i notice after seeing like hundreds of people SS of the speedtest (not only Digi but other telco too), my ping to these KL/Selangor servers are considerably much lower, averaging from 15 to 19ms, and other ppl always 30 and above

I think Digi and all mobile operator already stop LTE improvement. All money go to 5G.

mine is always at 4G+ 99% of the time, there were days even my most reliable trick to connect to 4G+ did not work, but its probably happened only for a total 4 days for the past half a year

in my place the highest i have ever reached was about 109mbps, but i placed the modem downstairs like so far away from my room in the 2nd floor, basically not something that i'd like, so upon settling down on the decision to put the modem close to my PC in my room, after few hours of trying to find the best spot in the room, the current spot of my modem used to reach 70-80mbps during 3AM  to 6AM+, but now like i said in my previous post, even at that off peak hours its only peaked at 40ish, i'm not really complaining about that since my main use is upload speed, but the occasional RTO is the one that actually bothered me alot

still got internet but with speed 100kbps only...

I just one week  subscribe Digi infinite 150 but no rebate RM20X12, how to apply this rebate. Paying RM300.00 online and no mention about that.

After one week using 150 infinite as home broadband, what can I say here is ok only not so great  because no 4G+ here.  The highest speed is about 50mbps++ and the lowest is 10mbps, already consume 40Gb of data this week.  Pay higher if I compare with my 8mbps streamyx (still active till end of this month) because streamyx now is cheaper. My thought DiGi must revised this package price.

Currently this rebate require to be auto-debit, this option is enable during our change of plan and there is no way to turn it off during the conversion.

Just for your information:

DIGI has problem with bank TAC code.
Called Digi, they said all banks effected.

My Citibank card can't perform any transaction which requires TAC code.

Hope the problem to be resolved soonest possible.

2. Digi Infinite 150

Currently I'm using modem Huawei B315s-607 with these band specs;

HUAWEI B315s-607:
4G Band 1/3/7/8/28/40 (FDD 700/900/1800/2100/2600 & TDD LTE 2300Mhz)
3G BAND: DC HSPA+,HSPA+, HSUPA/HSDPA/UMTS/900/2100 MHz
GSM BAND : 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 MHz

At the same time, I also have iPad Pro 11.

I conducted test to see the speed.

So here's my result.

Hence, looking at the result, it is the modem that forbid my Unifi Air to reach its full potential and DiGi have the best speed either direct or wifi.

b. Should I get Huawei B618 to replace my current Huawei modem?

So all this while I'm using Digi Infinite 150 for 2 years plus. Speed 50Mbps unlimited quota. Best effort put inside iPad can reach 150Mbps.

So right now I subscribe to Unifi Air, 30Mbps, data only for house hotspot with unlimited quota.

Hence, alang-alang i ported out that Digi Infinite to Unifi Mobile JASA pack for RM56/month. Unlimited data, call, sms but 10GB 4G LTE hotspot.

So when Digi rep call me to pujuk to stay, offer RM80/month with unlimited call, data, sms but 20GB hotspot.
I refuse.

Then she offer 50GB, unlimited call, 10 sen/sms; all for RM25/month.
Original plan was RM50/month but she give me rebate RM25/month for a year.

So i took it because I want to put it inside my iPad only.

Very the worth it dan menjimatkan.

mine is working just fine so i doubt its digi or discord service having disruption, other thing that i can think of is DNS problem, did you change your DNS settings? try to change it back to default
