Anyone encounter problem with bluetooth connecting thru. LDAC?
I having this intermittent stutter issue connecting to my Sony WI 1000X while
connecting thru. SBC codec is fine.
I think Mate 20 series supports only bluetooth4.2 not 5.

Hi guys, my Mate 20 pro replacement set (BOE screen) abit yellowish while compare with few of my friends mate 20 pro. Can i make a complain n claim a new 1?

It's normal. But you can complaint & claim till you happy.

Did you turn off the natural tone?. In normal led or room light. Screen will appear bit yellowish so call eye comfort.

Successfully return my Mate 20 Pro back to service center and currently pending for refund. To be frank, Huawei Malaysia doesn't seems to have a proper or standard process to handle customer refund. As a customer, I have to collaborating with Huawei online support team, Huawei sales team, service center and merchant/dealer to make this refund happen.

My refund guideline for your reference if you purchase the set thru online and not possible to return the set back to the merchant/dealer due to distance.
- Log a report that you want to request for refund thru HiCare live chat or helpline
- The support team manager will call you to understand the reason and whether to accept the provided reason
- Once they agree on the refund, Huawei sales team suppose to contact merchant/seller and service center to work out the process that work for you
- The nearest service center suppose to contact you to hand in the defect set back to them
- The service center then will ship a replacement unit to the merchant/seller
- The merchant/seller will make the refund back to you

Yes. All at same setting at maximum brightness, off eye confort.
Will make a report at service centre.

How to get those provisioning message in Mate 20x? I used to able to check on my P9 Pro but now Mate 20x is using google message. I don't received any provisioning message (Configuration/ CP Messages) especially for APN setting.

All these messages are of no use as phone already auto install the APN
I normally just disregard them

Hmmm. So many refund. Was thinling of getting a m20p myself after this... guess i shall not pull the trigger..

Mostly request refund was green tint issue or other.
Now mostly Boe panel was putting green tint to the end.
With honest suggestion.

If concern the problem. Don't buy it... There a lot brand to buy...
If like some of its feature like me.. Pay for it.
(I can't leave the SCP lol....)

i think we havent heard much from recent buyers having similar issues....its up to you...some luckily ones like me didnt have the hulk issue
