Anyone made your order via 3EX website today? I had went thru the payment and Bank already sent SMS to confirm payment were made, but when the webpage return back a Fail Transaction error but Payment were successful. I am stuck now without any confirmation on my pre-order but Bank already charged me RM3599.

Biggest headache would be the screen protector now. Hard to get a good tempered glass for curve screen.

Happened to me the first day of preorder. What you should do now is to call the 3ex customer service centre and tell then your problem. U can get their number from their website www.3ex.com.my but their business hrs is from mon-friday 9am to 6pm.
