As a satisfied mate 10 user. I find it hard to justified the price tag between mate 20 vs note 9. What do u guys think?

No matter how good Mali looks in benchmark its not gonna beat the upcoming adreno 600series parired with SD 855. What's your current phone? If its not a major upgrade from kirin980, not worthy to me. As a proud user of Huawei, I do not 100% believe in what Huawei claim in their product launching event. Remember how exaggerate when they claimed their Gpu turbo can increase the performance by XX%?

If u pick m20p make sure u can afford the depreciation within 6 months where as the price of note 9 is likely to stay stagnant for quite a while. And is the low light capability of note 9 that bad? I don't think so as its still the best cam of Sammy.

Is the Bluetooth controller of mateX included? Or sell separately?

Remember last year mate 10 launch at pav they were giving 100 Huawei swarovski smart watch that worth freaking rm2k for the watch alone? One of the best gift ever so I thought there will be an insanely long queue so I just went there with low expectation. Reached pav before 1.5hour opening time to look for some alternative entrance as the main entrance was still closed. Up in arrival Huawei staffs will distribute queue number to you.surprisingly I got number 40++. IMO Huawei still not as popular as apple, at least in Malaysia. Imagine apple gives free apple watch for iPhone purchase isheep will set up a camp there overnight

As mentioned they were giving only 100 watch and the ticket number given to me was 40 something so of Coz i get the watch. Actually as I went there with another fren I asked for another ticket. Thinking of scalping the 2nd set of phone+watch but in the end I giv up the idea and returned the 2nd ticket coz free gift has no warranty so its not easy to resell. I don't remember which floor I parked. Do note that there is no direct access from parking to the mall coz the doors are all locked. I walked out of the parking and go to the part of pavilion, with open space entrance without any doors, with lots of bars and took the escalator.

Yup. But as I can see Huawei is gaining lots of recognition lately. Mate 20 can sell well for sure.

As u mentioned it was a 2015 model and no warranty some more so for sure no one gonna pay full rrp for an open box watch. Gear watch for sure fetch better value but note 9 rrp was high but look at the price of note 9 now. Mate 10only cost Rm2.7k when launch so it Huawei is generous at least to me. Too bad I'm a guy can't use a women watch. If they give gear sport I would be using now lol.

Top good to be true. Only newbies will fall for it. To call it a "legit price drop", must at least in the store of reputable retailer like gslike strore/mobile2u, directd /wow phone.
