You exchanged. I opted for refund. Wait till issue solve then only purchase again.

Mine seems to be fine as well. LG panel as well. When Samsung first launched their S8 series there's a red tint issue as well but solved by future software update.

If u never insisted on exchange for a new unit they will only change the screen for u

Initially lly they say it is normal, after few complaints they only give me the option to change screen plus water damage warranty for a year. Ofcoz i reject la new phone less than a week need to send in to claim warranty. Finally they offer me to exchange for a new unit, refund also can. But i choose exchange coz i like this phone. Just went to sc to let them check on my phone ytd.

Seems OLED screens alot of issues. Even on my bros Note9 just 1 mth old got screen burn issues already.

I complaint thru fb n they called me to bring back the phone to Pavillion to get refund. I don't wanna take the risk at the moment.

Unfortunately i am victim of the Mate 20 Pro green tint just after 2 days of usage. I sent back to Sunway Pyramid branch and they said wanna change my screen but i insist i don't want to change. I want a new phone. Can anyone tell me what can i do to get a new phone or full refund?

I just want to ask you guys something :

1. Do the green tint appears that bad in real life when testing?
Initially I thought the screen corner appears to be more to white tint in color when testing, I always dismiss it as to be natural property of the curved screen edge,
However it wasn't until I take a picture of the phone until I can see the green tint clearly through the picture,
Is it the same with you guys in real life?

EDIT : I just did comparison with my Oneplus 6 regarding the one with the spotify app in the pic below, The screen on Mate 20 pro is worse, the blacks are not black at all, the blacks or dark color comes with a hint of light green tint especially in the corner and bottom of screen if that makes sense

2. I noticed some of you have gone to SC, in order to exchange / refund, do you just bring:
the phone only or
the phone + the box or
the phone + the box + pre-order gift?

Agree, ergonomically it feels really good in the hand despite the huge size.

If there’s a Qoo10 RM400 voucher that brings the price down to 2799 then it could be worth a look
