aihh sometimes we dont have to go so extreme la ... wanna complain ma get the manager file a formal complain la ...

sometimes not their fault also ...

all they want is sales, and thei boss wans the sales also ...

but then their allocation of car is not enough ...

say the comp got 5 salesmen ... all of them sold 2 each for that month ...

but then say p2 or their hq allocated only say 7 cars ... so there is bound to be a few poor fellas who cannot get their car on time ...

the red one she is giving you is most probably another cust wan ... may that cust not fussy can wait ... mah give u lo ...

He generally ignored all the allegations and started to push all the stock availability, delay delivery back to his subordinate. Do not even know how to handle customer services at all. Definitely will pay him a visit again to squeeze more 'answers" and this time won't let him get away easily.

By the way, my VIVA still waiting for Customs excise duty. Don't know when it will be ready. What a CRUSHED HOPE experience!! mad.gif

What I can say: frustrated and hope that never ever deal with this kind of people.
Going to complete my chronicle and submit complaint letter to their HQ, Perodua, Daihatsu Malaysia, NCCC.... Damn, more work!! But I don't care anymore. Any others suggestion that I can put in the complaint letter?

Yeah, i would say thats normal, see you are fortunate or not only.

The fella who handled my sale was a friends brother, was very accomadating ...

Whatever which is like 2 -3 days, he will say its usually 2 - 3 days, but he will say give bout 5 days. But then in the end its still 2 - 3 days, his promises are always met without problems ...

But in your case, if you sign the HP, its kinda shitty, as its now between u and bank, and his comp with the bank ... but if they do not deliver the car, just call the bank or go back to the bank, find the officer who handled you signing ... and speak to them, said HP signed, but car not delivered.

Thanks for the input. Will give the bank a call ASAP.

Really bad experience. For those who want to get VIVA in the near future, if the agent promise you with immediate ex-stock, get the chasis/engine no. from him and written them on your booking receipt on the spot. Any "Hanky-Panky", at least you may use it to engage them.

Bad luck for me!. But life goes on & never give up.

my dad always like dat one...if the people make a promise, he/she better make it...if not sure then dont simply2 promise
and bout the service coupons...everyone will receive it or isit depends on the SA?mebi the SA sakit hati with my dad then she never give out the coupons...haha

i get my voucher RM250 yesterday... from sg pinang too..
by the way... the claim make is very slow... the auto binee said gonna claim the site door steel for me and the auto wangi wanna claim the side door panel.. till now haven't hear any news...

hi , i would to know tat, there is 8 bar represent the fuel tank, is it each bar represent the equal volume?

nope, its does not ...

but the first bar ... if i fill until damn full ... wil go ngammngam 50km ... +- 2km

then the rest all cannot really count la ...

full tank, city driving 90% / highway 10% --> i can get 300KM +- 20km

im very lucky to get this agent from DMM in prai.. i paid booking on tuesday n signed HP agreement on same day..after waiting for the custom tax duty to be cleared..
i got my car on friday. smile.gif
if any of u from northern n wish to get car, can find him.. very hardworking n trustable guy..

Sent my old men's car to fix the aircond when i found out that the cooling coil is dead, RM1.6k. Was an Altis, had to take off the dashboard and all ... workmanship and price of the new cooling coil is the same 800 + 800

decided to take care of my cooling coil so i bought this filter and put it into the viva ...


This is where u need to cut off ... (this is the glove box, take it out and this is what you will see)
