Did they mention to you what is the reading detected at their end ?
You may try to perform some tests below :
1) Direct LAN test via router
2) Direct LAN test via ONU (aka fibre modem)
Details steps you can contact me if needed.
Also, we have received report on one of the building in Penang where the reading is abnormally high, currently it's being checked & rectified.
