For your TV, please try to set DNS (Eg. Google's) in your TV Network Settings.

If your equipment is at the same house as the previous owner & the account is still active, you can use it immediately.
If the account is relocated from somewhere else, then you will need to perform "'Relocation" and technician will come over to install for you.

Yes, this bug has been noted since the router's launch date, and while waiting for the new firmware release, please temp change the Wifi name to single wording & do not put any special character or spacing.

Another way is to enable Band Steering, but those 2.4GHz-SUPPORTED-ONLY devices might Not work either.

Nope, for drilling the point-of-entry hole, we don't charge. The 20m is counted from the point-of-entry.

Hi, the issue of this can be resolved by upgrading the firmware to v2.08TTb02 .

If the issue still persists, then you may request for a router change (only if it is still under warranty).

All this tested in both state, on and also off. Really tiring. Use old modem and it works. I tried using modem from cyberbroadband..calix works with my sonos but that modem is too hmm shitty. I got another one dir850 from my old TIME contract, but no time to test (will try tmrow, but this modem web page setting is so slow)

Edit: in basic page can't see my sonos connected to router. But advance setting can see. Really weird.
