Hi, that's why your Sonus is not working. 2.4GHz alone is buggy, this issue already noted and we have already feedback & waiting for new firmware.

Tentatively, switch off Band Steering, and under Wireless Settings, go to WPS, Turn Off both Router's Pin & WPS.

Hi, we have tested this interim solutions and it works, can you please try it again by forgetting the network & reconnect again, also make sure your Wireless Security Protocol & Encryption both set to Auto.

It's weird that yours not working, we have tested the interim solution actually works.

Please kindly check out your Firmware version at the bottom left of the main page after login to the Router.

Btw, what is your WiFi SSID ? can you screenshot the WiFi settings on 2.4GHz ?

The smart tv cannot connect to wifi and lan cable for this model.
I presume you mean your SMartTV is supporting 2.4GHz wifi only, just get a LAN cable to connect to the router and go to Network Settings on the SmartTV, make sure under Wired LAN (or whatever it's called) check whether it is able to obtain IP address from the router, if YES, then try to play, if it's NOT working too, you will need to manually key in DNS in the SmartTV DNS settings.

If you have TIME PPPOE credentials, please perform a hard reset and reconfigure the router.
Also make sure that your router is running on latest DIR850L_FW208TTb02 firmware.

Hi, I'm sorry as it's hardcoded into the firmware to be enabled by default. If you insist really don't want IPv6 (though it has no harm leaving it enabled).... Under Get IPv6, change it to Local Connectivity Only.

Please always feel free to reach us for any TIME related matter... it sounds absolutely alright... Yes, the coretech plug is a fibre wall socket which you can use to connect to the TIME network since your building is prelaid with internal fibre.
