Using an Asus ZenBook UX305.

Time:  100Mbps

Issue : Upload Speed Higher than Download Speed.
Download speed getting 10Mbps
Upload  70Mbps

On UNIFI before, i could get the 30Mbps speed.

Tested on my One Plus HP, upload/download perfect 100Mbps

Any settings for the Laptop im missing?
However When checked it sows this speed..

When tested on TIME or Ookla it shows otherwise

Hi, i just installed time today for 500Mbps, but my desktop cant get the full speed for download/upload.

any idea on how to get max speed?

During the installation, the time staff uses their laptop and can get maximum speed.

Already disabled, still the same result.

How long does it take to install fiber connection in a residence? I was informed last minute that it requires 3 hours to do it and this was not informed in advance by the TIME and the installer.

Ended up with postponed installation. Very upset with this first time experience

When connected on TIME via Wifi, some apps on Android phone doesn't work. Apps like Google Translate and Carousell. Both (and several more) says "No network" or offline. Gmail & Chrome works. When switch off Wifi and back to 4G connection, then all apps can get online again.

Didn't have this issue with previous Maxis Fibre, or when connect to public Wifi.

Is it some setting somewhere..?

Turns out Android doesn't work well with IPV6.
Have to go the router and turn it OFF at
Advanced > IPV6 (on the left pane)

Hi, I'm a Time subscriber myself but asking for a friend that plan to get Time, here goes...

1. Does Time still absorb the penalty imposed by TM if one were to terminate his/her Unifi account which is still under contract?
2. By how much?
3. We pay TM first & Time will credit back into the 1st bill?

Thinking to migrate from UNIFI 500Mbps@RM199 to TIME 1000Mbps@RM199. UNIFI only give 100Mbps upload,

Is it true we can subscribe 500mbps and downgrade on the second month to 100mbps by just reset the 24 months contract?

Newly installed TIME Fibre Broadband RM99.
Does the package came with DECT phone?
The installer didn't provide the DECT phone, and I even don't know my package phone number.
Should I call TIME service center?

Finally can see my place listed Time.com "Check Coverage ..."
