Hi. Mine is version 1.0.0 Build 20180502 rel.45702 (EU). Mind sharing the latest firmware with me?
I can't use the TIME's Check Router page as it will say I keyed-in my account number wrongly even when i have keyed-in the correct one. Thanks.

You are already running the latest firmware.

Thanks.

Need some advise. My condo only have coverage for Block B and C but mine in block A not available. My block are separate with different management with B and C. Went to management office only found out that they don't have a plan to bring in fully fibre. They are concern will affect the current Unifi and Maxis users after the upgrade.

Normally how the TIME installer pull the fibre cabling into a condo? TIME will sharing the existing line with Unifi or they install their own fibre in MDF room?
Any charges do JMB need to bear for the upgrade? TIME also request JMB to send in the proposal and my management don't know what kind of proposal or document they want too.

Hi,

Apart of Autorised Disti & SI, we are working in project field partnering with providers to bring in the infra & service into a particular development.

We need to see the actual site layout in order to further advise on the infra.

For this FTTx project like yours, there is no sharing of incoming infra between TIME & others providers. Sorry we are not allowed to openly discuss on the criteria & requirement, please do check my pm.

Thanks.

Just sharing a mini project I did with my Raspberry Pi utilising Time's Home Forward service after I managed to retrieve the SIP setting used by the app. I may write a guide on how to set this up.

I'm trying to install DD-WRT on my C1200 router for VPN, but the closes supported router in the list that they gave was AC1200. Is it the same?

Using NordVPN btw, wanted to run it through the router so that I could have chromecast running it too.

Thankss.

A bit different, TIME Archer C1200 is running on Broadcom BCM47189B0 (900 MHz) cpu.
The one officially tested was Archer C5 AC1200 which is on Qualcomm QCA9558 (720MHz) cpu.

Thanks.

Is anyone know TIME business internet will roll out higher speed package soon? I've sent Time a query about the Free upgrade for business users, and they said free upgrade is only apply to residential users only.  doh.gif

In the other hand, TM have starting to roll-out the Turbo speed free upgrade to business users.

You can try to ask the Installer to change for you, anyhow it wil be up to them whether they want to do it, as this is not theor scope.
But no worries, you can buzz me by whatsapp/email, we will assist you to set it up.

If I sign up for the service online, how soon can I expect for the installers to come to my home?
*
Hi Bro,

Thank you for your interest in TIME Fibre Internet services.

We are TIME Authorized Distributor, Pioneer Installer & Fibre Solutions Provider.

For online registration, normally it takes 5-7 working days to get it activated.
It depends on the building ports availability & Installer's slots. We can try to expedite for you.

Thanks.

Try to check other devices whether experiencing same problem ? So far we have installed many units of Dlink DIR882, we haven't experienced such issue yet.

100Mbps
yes, for PC in room.

just normal surfing and video online steaming... no gaming.

budget? what's the price range for a wifi adapter ?
*
If your PC can support PCi-Express, you can go for Archer T9E., it's approx. RM18x--19x.

Alternatively, if your PC can support USB3.0, go for USB Wireless Adaptor, T9uH, it's approx. RM16x.

Hi, which package are you on ?

Please try it with another cable (Cat5e/Cat6), don't use those bundled patch cord, sometimes the quality is bad.
Make sure your PC has GE por, and make sure ONU<--> is on Cat5e/Cat 6.

Thanks.
