I got problem in accessing these 2 site on computer.

Last time I can access https://www.steamgifts.com, it load fast without long wait and also top right 3 icon will appear which is (giveaways created, giveaways won, message)

Yesterday when I go into https://dashboard.totalwar.com/home
that site dunno what happen become corrupted. The page show non arrange things everywhere.
I tried ctrl-f5, clear cache, clear cookies also cannot solve.
Then later I found out when I go to https://www.steamgifts.com, it load very slow and the top right 3 icon all missing.

At start I though is my web browser problem so I try access using chrome rather than my firefox but found out still same result for both website.

Then today I try accessing to smartphone, still same 3 icon missing. Then  I off my phone wifi and force using digi data to access the site. The 3 icons appear back.

Then due to now streamyx need 1 month notice, I still got streamyx on this month and now I try connect to it
and both site can load fast and no missing of 3 icons.

So after trying streamyx and digi data, I can confirm that TIME part got problem with the site. (I suspect is their dns) (I even switch off the modem/router and switch on back to see can fix or not but still cannot work)

Last time when I see missing icon in steamgift, that time I still use streamyx so I go in and change dns to other then when I load that steamgift site, the 3 icons will appear back.

So I suspect TIME default DNS got problem. Where can I change it?
LAN->DHCP? dns?
so I just need to fill the blank with latest dns for primary and secondary? This is IP4?
Do I need to change DNS for IP6?
How I know my currently is using ip4 or ip6 dns?

I also found out this site https://www.olevod.com/ cannot access in TIME but can connect with streamyx.
Their DNS got some problem.

use TIME broadband access will giving me the wrong one. All  item group inside.

Then for this modem, after set the dns, I click apply at bottom right?
After changed config, click Apply, Reboot your ONT.  Alternatively you can go to WAN, and disconnect the connection & reconnect.
Do I need to to go "Configuration File Management"->"Save and Restart?"
This is optional only if you want to save the config file.
Go to Maintenance & Diagnostic > Configuration File Management > Save.

Is there anyway for me to save the current modem/router setting into file in PC so that in future if anything happen to modem, I can restore the setting back to it?
The person say if anything call them come for setting, they gonna charge RM80.
So if I can save setting, then I can try, at least I can restore back

that day due to no answer, so I try change it and test.
for IPv4 DNS, I change at HG8145X6 then restart.
Later found out still got same problem for those site.

Then I decide to change IPv6 DNS but I can't confirm the correct place to change inside HG8145X6 so I just change at my computer network card side. At there I set IPv6 DNS in my local computer.
Then I able to visit those site without problem. All icons show back and it load fast and correct rather than last time take about 30sec to 1 min to load steamgift site when I am using 500Mbps speed internet.

Seem that TIME default DNS got problem on certain site.
I found out at lowyat 2020 thread got 1 person list 4-5 site that he cannot visit when using TIME which he able to visit when he using TMnet at earlier time.

I tried those site, until now 2022 still same, TIME DNS cannot visit those site while 8.8.8.8 dns can.

The default IP range is 192.168.100.0/24 for LAN. Can I change it to different subnet, like 192.168.0.0/24?

I encountered the same issue it seems. How do you reboot the ONT? Reboot as in restart the device under reset -> reset and restore configuration -> restart?

Might be an issue for those condo with concealed Ethernet cable

I don’t think my concealed Ethernet in my condo can even do 2.5G Ethernet

Not worth upgrading if upload speed is still 500 Mbps for 2GB plan.

For my case the Ethernet cable comes from developer, not sure what cable they use.

It’s actually from the DB inside shoe cabinet to living area.

Currently my modem is at the DB and router is at living area. I think quite a lot of mid tier to high end condo are like this
