Yes, I do have some concern at EC1 …
1) Before going to Exsim showroom for Mossaz, I don't even know there is a shopping mall there (Empire City). Their main competitor is definitely 1U and The Curve. I am not sure MEH is be able to manage the shopping mall (Empire City) as well as the competitor. Exsim has mentioned that they don't have experience in managing shopping mall. MEH has to find a good candidate to do the management.
2) When other discuss in this forum, then mentioned 'PH' ppl stay ard this area. What is this 'PH' they talking about ? What 'PH' means ?
3) Are you guys familiar with the place, Empire Damansara. I went there last weekend to look at the area. Maybe is during Raya holiday and weekend, not that many ppl there. The place there also kinda rundown and can see a lot of food/restaurant operator moving out of the place (

)"" Kinda don't have good vibe about the place. But during weekdays, is the area there buzzing with working people ? Or the offices there also moving out ? :-/
