anywhere I haven't seen the masterplan and from previously unveiled plan, I don't recalled there is a central park.

erm.. it is not fully under Exsim. It is JV with Binastra. Just that now Exsim is selling D' Quince and D' Vervain as the start. Still have no overall picture of what is going to be developed in that area.

This project have bigger size which is suitable for own stay also.
