perhaps you misunderstood.

your figures were related to mosaic, in EC1.

the affordable housing is at EC2, yet to launch until 3Q19. it was previously earmarked by aset kayamas.

AK is no longer doing the project at EC or is this a separate development within EC?

Pls distingish btw ec 1 and ec2.

Aset kayamas earlier entered into agreement to buy 20acres out of 70 acres (figure not verified) of EC2....but now no deal....

Report said exsin came in to buy ec2....but not sure abt whether bought over aset kayamas interssted land to launch affordable homes or exsim bought the entire piece of land of ec2 and 1st phase is affordable housing.

Ec2 is still bare land...no building construct yet

Ec1 still have pocket of land yet to be developed....but those developed also not many are 100% completed.....

Wonder why AK pulled out of this or if it has anything to do with them wanting to stay on course with the ex-VW land redevelopment.

No. Its not conmercial land title but resi usage.

They are office individual title but most will buy for resi usage
Non schedule, non protected under hda.

If u r talkjng abt ec1 mossaic bg exsim, or halo sunday n loft...there are all non schedule....

Altivo i believe is sch H.

I think aset kayamas lost its backing from ph gov ..

Wouldn't Ativo suites be a better buy than this EC2? Seems more of a sure thing rather than gets stuck half way.

This EC2 are mostly pigeon hole "investor special" developments?

I thought my studio unit at Nadi Bangsar is small enough at 415sf, especially in that long and narrow configuration.

Empire dsara already got below 400sq unit already.....

Microflat?? As in those off the tiny house movement?

I did not know we are so scarce of land and opportunities that we have to resort to this.

415sf is definitely a bit on the small side especially when it is a long and narrow configuration.

mircoflats are those 300sq and below apartments.

so far only non schedule spa managed to offer such mircoflat. have not seen any schedule H spa offered for such configuration.....

empire, riveria @ brickfields, summer suites and axon are some typical non schedule spa that offer 300sq space.

lets say, would you pay 300k for a mirco flat right next to Pavillion?? if your answer is yES, then developer will sell you 150sq apartment at 300k at 2000psf.
as simple as that.
