And also how long later you want to start a family and increase in head count. If want for own stay i would suggest at least 900 sqf unit and this is with 3 rooms. So it will be a good start. |

Hi this is not just good for first time buyer but also for upgrade from studio or 2 bedroom to the 3 or 4 bedroom units here.
